Maybe I already covered this... but I'll go ahead anyway...
Desmond's crashing into Locke was an attempt to get him to flash over to the other world and see what Hurley, Desmond, Charlie, Libby and Faraday have already seen.
Not sure how this will play out... but this part will be good... Locke will show up in Jack's hospital and Jack SAVING Locke will awaken the real Locke in the Smoke Monster... a battle for the body type thing begins.
Jack saves the day.

You don't think Desmond was preventing something by trying to kill locke?
ReplyDeleteAnd was it ever explained why Locke had to die in the first place? Why Ben had to kill him? Was it so the Smoke Monster could take over his body or was that even part of the plan??
Preventing or initiating... one of the two.
ReplyDeleteI think Ben killed him cuz he was threatened by Locke's new knowledge. He didn't have anything to do with the Smoke Monster's plan. At least I don't think so.
